Dr. Rajeev Kumar, MS, M Ch

Dr. Kumar began his medical career at King George’s Medical College, Lucknow from where he completed his MS and M Ch. He has the distinction of being the first M Ch in the whole of northern India in surgical oncology. In his illustrious career he has been associated with institutes of repute like the Tata Memorial Hospital, Cancer Institute Adyar, Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, Rockland Hospital Delhi and the Fortis group of hospitals. He currently heads the Department of Surgical Oncology at the International Oncology Centre.

Dr. Baxi has done his fellowship in surgical oncology from the Gujarat Cancer Research Institute, Ahmedabad. He has also received additional training in Laparoscopic Oncosurgey in Japan and has been associated with the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre, NY. He had been working as a Professor in the Department of Surgery, Manipal College of Medical Sciences (MCOMS), Nepal before joining the International oncology team.

Dr. Dadhwal is an alumnus of Armed Forces Medical College, Pune and has completed her surgical training with the Army Hospital (R & R), Delhi. A decorated Officer, she won the Sena Medal for gallantry in the counterinsurgency area while serving as a Short Service commissioned officer in the Indian Army. She has also worked in Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and in Rockland Hospital, Delhi before joining the International Onclogy Team. Dr Leena is trained in Laparoscopic Oncosurgical procedures while being at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute.

Dr Atul Srivastava, MS

Dr. Srivastava has completed his MS from R. N. T. Medical College and Hospital, Udaipur, after which he has worked for eight years with Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College, Hospital, New Delhi, Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Rockland Hospital from where he has joined the International Oncology team. He has trained extensively in Oncosurgical procedures at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute.

Dr. Mukta Baxi, MS, PDC (Breast and Endocrine Surgery)

Dr. Baxi is a surgical endocrinologist and breast surgeon. She did her Post Doctor Certification (PDC) in endocrine surgery from SGPGI, Lucknow and has received further training in minimally invasive endocrine surgery from Germany. She has also received extensive training in surgical oncology from many centers in the US. She specializes in thyroid & parathyroid malignancies, adrenal, endocrine, pancreatic, thymic tumors and in breast cancers. She was awarded the Young Breast Surgery Scholarship in ISS, Montreal in 2007 and has been a guest speaker at Harvard Medical School, Boston. She was working as a Professor at Manipal College of Medical Sciences, Nepal before joining the International Oncology team.

Dr. Naresh Kumar Soni, MS, Fellowship Surgical Oncology, Fellowship Breast Surgery

Dr Soni is an alumnus of SMS Medical College and has received his Oncosurgical training from Gujarat Cancer Research Institute. He has also been associated with the Sydney Breast Cancer Institute, from where he received the Fellowship in Breast Surgery. He has undergone extensive training in all types of Oncosurgical procedures during his tenure in Australia where he has worked with the Sydney Cancer Centre and with the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney.
