These centers will provide comprehensive cancer care including Medical Oncology, Radiation therapy, Surgical Oncology and will also include a Bone marrow transplant facility of international standards.
The first cancer centre as part of this strategic collaboration is being set up at Fortis Hospital Noida and subsequently new comprehensive cancer centres will be established at Mohali (Near Chandigarh), Shalimar Bagh(Delhi), Gurgaon, Jaipur, Indore and Mumbai.
The company is setting up a state-of-the-art infrastructure that includes a PET CT SCAN for diagnostic purposes as well as IGRT (Image Guided Radiation Therapy) facilities.
